• The exact timing of delivery cannot be fixed but Gym Sportz will endeavor to deliver within the selected delivery timing.

  • Note: There will be a flat transportation charge of $10.00 for deliveries to those who spent less than $80 within mainland Singapore. Each additional trip requested by customer will be subjected to further transportation charges of $10.00.

  • Gym Sportz has no obligation to deliver Products until Payment and any other applicable charges are received in full by Gym Sportz in the currency in which the Price has been quoted.

  • Unless the Customer notifies Gym Sportz to the contrary the day after the delivery of Products, Products shall be deem to have been accepted by Customer in good condition and in accordance with the Agreement.

  • Risk in Products shall pass from Gym Sportz to Customer upon delivery of Products to Customer.

                     Payment Processing

  • We accept Internet Banking and bank transfer for online orders.

  • All prices displayed on the site are quoted in Singapore (S$) dollars. Hence, all payment is to be made in Singapore dollars (S$).

                     Cancellation of Order

  • We will inform and advise the customer accordingly should the order be unable to be fulfilled due to unavailability of stock.

  • We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

                     Exchange & Refunds

  • The Product begin returned for exchanged must be in merchandisable condition and original packaging if at all possible. Product for exchange must be within 3 days from date of issue of receipt.

  • Products sold are non-refundable.
